Q Do you provide Hangers?
A We will supply hangers if required. There is a small charge applied if we supply them.
Q Do you deliver outside your specified collection areas?
A Yes we do depending on distance, there may be an additional charge.
Q What happens if I miss the collection or delivery driver?
A We will leave a card showing our attendance and a charge will be applied. If for
some reason we also miss an agreed time slot we will pay you the same amount.
Q Do you wrap each item separately?
A We wrap groups of items, unless otherwise advised.
