WHATS HAPPENING IN 2008
To all our current and new customers a belated welcome into 2008.
Thank you for all your continued support and personal recommendations we are still growing at a great pace and most of our business is personal recommendations from you the customer which I thank you for. It is also a great compliment to our team here at Lydiard Ironing Services, who I know all work very hard to ensure we offer you the best service possible.
There are some forms attached which I would be grateful if you could take 5 minutes to look over as they contain some important information relating to the service we offer you. Any changes will be coming into effect from 1st April 2008.
The updated Terms and Conditions cover many items but those which need to be looked at closely are:

• Ironing Bags
• Hangers
• Collection and Delivery Costs
• Customer Record Cards
Identity Badges
You may have noticed that our team has grown in the past few months as well and from 1st April 2008 we will all have identity badges available in case anyone is unsure of whom it is collecting there ironing, so please feel free to ask us for our ID at any time.
Customer offers
There are two offers open to all our customers until 31st May 2008:
1 Recommend a friend and you can both enjoy a £5.00 voucher for either Asda, Next or Boots
All you need to do is get your friend to quote ref RAF03 when they book a collection and let us know who you are so we can arrange for you to receive your voucher.
2 Spend over £30 and get a 10% discount from that batch of ironing, (we will reduce this
automatically for you when we invoice)
Website and new Payment method
I am sure you are all aware we have had a website now for over a year and we get many visitors to this with some great feedback from you about how helpful it is.
If you do think of anything else you would like us to provide on there please let me know. You can also find details of our paypal account and information about paying by BACS online if you would like to.
Announcements
We have a few new team members for 2008 including some new drivers, you can find there details on The Team page.
We would also like to introduce Darcey Bath who was born in January to the owners Faye and Mike. Many of our customers have seen Faye in the early part of the pregnancy and then she dissapeared to have Darcey and will be back with you by the end of the year.
