Payment Terms

Payment is required on delivery.

Collection and Delivery Costs

• We deliver free of charge within the designated areas of Swindon. If you would like us to collect   outside this area there will be a delivery charge of £4.00
• We require notification before 5pm on the day of delivery or collection of any changes needed
• In the event of not receiving prior notification a £3.50 charge will be levied
• We will reduce the cost to you by £3.50 if we do not honour the agreed timeslot

• There is a surcharge of £2.50 if a specific time is required

Hangers are charged at 10p each.

Specific Instruction Cards

Please complete a card which will be supplied with your first collection.
This card will be attached to your bag (see next item) so we can adhere to your requests.
We would like to remind all customers that a garment can only be successfully ironed if the item is dried and folded in an appropriate way. We are occasionally asked to iron items that have been ‘screwed into a ball’ and left to dry.

Ironing Bags

We would be grateful if you would use the ‘blue bags’ provided for the following reasons:
• They are labelled with your personal details which will assist our drivers in ensuring the
ironing is delivered to the appropriate person
• They are easy to lift and carry
• They enable clothes to be stacked in such a way which will reduce creasing

Please regularly check the label to ensure your details are correct

Replacement Policy

In the event of an item being damaged or lost whilst using our service LIS will pay compensation up to a maximum of £25 per garment.

Privacy Policy

LIS will not disclose any customer details to a third party.
